Three-dimensional
concept of work 2003/04 room model 1.2m3 based on a cluster study
In cooperation with students of sociology and architecture of Dresden Technical University, the RG has developed a room model on the three-dimensional concept of work with the aim to describe patterns of acting and fields of activity on the basis of spacial clusters. The concept of work is thereby marked by three bipolar axes stretching between pairs of terms such as money and acknowledgment, intellectual and physical activity as well as liability and self-realization. survey of 60 persons on the personal significance of work has provided the basis for this model. The results of this survey in combination with photographic portraits of the interviewees can be seen in the exhibition.
