The video was produced on the occasion of the XI. International
Architecture Biennale in Venice. The exhibition with the title
Architecture Beyond Building features various concepts about
environmental sustainability, energy efficiency and recycling
in the field of architecture. At the same time the city is
crowded by mass tourism. Due to rising waters people move
through the city on improvised footbridges.
